Anthony, Glad to see you here.
Welcome Brian. Have seen you on the Facebook page but glad to have you here.
What about pups that aren't Griswold's or other company advertising pieces, but are just no names, are they reproductions
or just no name pups?
Real nice piece Joseph.
Welcome Joseph. There's a few pup enthusiasts on here. I know enough about them to get me in trouble.
I've only made a few bundt cakes in my Lodge, but they literally fall right out onto the cooling rack.
I usually give them a little shot of Pam before pouring in the batter. They do look good, what...
Gary, I believe Ej is still working on getting most of the old information moved to this new site. As soon as they are ready for
viewing you will be able to see the topic areas and links. I think...
Get well soon Harold. My prayers are with you.
Steve, that is an amazing collection of information. That's so much for sharing with all of us.
Or a good flogging if they don't follow directions. LOL
Steve that would be an awesome addition especially since it is your property.
I wish they HAD to post some text. They might post a picture and we have no idea what it is. I'm with Steve we need some story behind the pictures.
Never mind about my last post about the lonely link I see the gallery listing farther down in the topics section.
Linking the pictures to the post would still be cool though.
My concern with the gallery is it only has the one link at the top of the page and that link may be overlooked by a lot of people.
If I click on one of the pictures in the gallery it just takes me...
I'm waiting for Mike to release his wish list so I can see what's coming up.
At this time in my life I could never spend $3500 for a nice piece of cast iron.
Not that I wouldn't if I could....
I've been holding out and bidding at the last 10 seconds too. I having a sniping app on my phone but never use it.
I put in a bid of $124.15 so with shipping that put it at an even $150.00 I was...
Ej, after I missed that long handled waffle iron, I did tell myself that I wouldn't hesitate on a Buy It Now on good piece, at a super fair price.
I HAVE found out that if you hesitate on a good...
Here's a picture of the flop griddle. It's going to take a little cleaning.
Brian, are you talking about the long handled waffle iron or the flop griddle.
I unfortunately didn't get that waffle iron. That's the one I kick myself in the butt over.
But I will post this as the flip side of the coin. Ej do you remember that Wagner #2 Flop Griddle that sold at Mike Hobb's auction
last August? I wanted that bad but wanted that Wagner baking pan...
Ej you're partially right. My last line I wrote said there were some pieces that I wish I had bought.
I still wish I had bought this piece. A long handled waffle iron with the recipe on one side...
Shoot Ej, I've paid too much on other things besides cast iron too.
I wanted a Geo Tracker 4x4 bad. They sell fairly quick around here. So I found this one for $1900.
I go check it out in a total...
I only have 3 kettles right now. A Slant Griswold 12 qt., a Wagner 6 qt. and an Erie 4 qt. The slant Griswold still needs some work done on the inside
but looks much nicer than when I started the...
That's look delicious. Is it really moist? I just love dense, moist cakes.
